Joe is sent on his first mission for the U.G.G.P. As part of an Airspace Squadron, Joe is sent to attack a neighbouring planet, for undisclosed, possibly dubious reasons. As Joe expertly pilots his attack cruiser through the atmosphere of this planet, he begins to doubt his mission. Was this why he travelled so far? Is this the reason he was chosen, to follow orders, to complete tasks others may object to? Joe fights through his moral and emotional dilemma as he completes his mission. Hopefully after this first mission, given time for reflection and clarity, he can determine who he is and where his loyalty lies. What is the real common good, protecting the interest of one’s own planet or enforcing a universal application to the ethics or reciprocity?
lyrics
Alien Attack
Start the voyage flight of barely-ending speed
Feel the pulsing universal energy
Drivers engaged, super-charged technology
Now discover everything a real-life can mean
Finally found home
No time to explore
Destination targeted
Prepare for full frontal
Here
Here
Dodge the first wave, target satellites and spheres
Bank hard, side slip, breaking through the atmosphere
Burst through storm clouds, argon skylines soon appear
Small lives scatter from the shock of strategized pre-emptive fear
Finally found home
Not time to explore
Prepare for full frontal
Targeted destination
Lies unsuspecting
Complete the first mission
Discover what a real-life means
And why the chosen are all sent
Here
Here
Here
Here
Finally found my home
Now sent to destroy
The motions of living
Soon to be targets gone
To save the peace back home
Choke down all remorse
Complete the first mission
Until all life disappears
Here
Here
Here
Here
I can control
