In trying to decipher the alien controls of his escape pod, Joe decides to try and rig up the device given to him by Gyles, either to help translate the strange controls of increase the pod’s effectiveness. Sling shooting himself around a star while simultaneously activating the newly rigged controls, Joe propels himself not further into space, but into a different space. Descending onto a planet which he is sure is Earth, he discovers it is a parallel Earth, he has discovered an Anti-Universe. To greet him on his landing is Space Jane, the anti-universe version of himself who was made aware of his appearance in her universe once he entered. She tells him there is so much to understand about the workings of the universe, that he can not possibly understand it all now. However, he knows more and had experienced more than any other human from his universe in existence. She gives him a new ship and tells him it is time to give ‘his worlds a chance” and begin to share some of the secrets and technology developed by the U.G.G.P.
lyrics
An Anti-Universe Apart
Space Joe:
Please explain to me
what I’ve found.
The universe’s simplicities
are mysteries profound.
What matters here, I can’t know.
Opposing thoughts collide
but stop to coincide.
Space Jane:
You’re appearance here
is a phenomenon.
You don’t know
anything about astral agrinom.
What happens here, you don’t know;
your so-called universe
is progress in reverse.
What matters now;
the universe allows
travelling unbound
and wisdom expounds.
All you know
you control.
Give the world a chance
and maybe you’ll advance.
