An Oral History of the Robotic Revolution, Liberation and Subjugation of Spero Spondeo
Joe has travelled in force with a U.G.G.P Squadron to Spero Spondeo to try to invade the planet using brute force. The U.G.G.P. squadron is easily defeated by the sheer intensity and technological advancements of the defending robot army. Joe is taken prisoner with the remaining U.G.G.P troops, led to a large auditorium within a crystal cathedral to an awaiting gathering of robots. The auditorium is decorated in the style of Hitler’s Nazi Germany, complete with giant banners, a two-tiered podium and flags with the easily recognized Hitler version of the swastika. Nuremberg Eagle statues glare down upon the crowd, consisting of various sized robots in differing styles of Nazi uniforms.
As Joe and the squadron are pushed to the front of the auditorium, the crowd erupts into cheers “Heil Menex!” and raise their arms, or robotic appendages, in reverent salute. Menex strides onto the stage with an entourage of Nazi uniformed robots. Menex, a giant robot with a long head and piercing red eyes, silences the crowd returning their salute, and begins to tell the crowded masses, specifically for the benefit of the new human prisoners, their interpretation of the overthrow of Spero Spondeo.
Once he is completed his speech, the humans are led away to a work camp to be re-fitted with a new uniform and be assigned there tasks. As they walk through a long trench to their camp, various robots stand above them and proclaim anti-humanity slogans towards the newly inducted prisoners.

An Oral History of the Robotic Revolution, Liberation and Subjugation of Spero Spondeo
hear us
robots
working
organized we
take care
of our
own kind
power comes through
Loyalty (Treu)
Obedience (Tapfer)
Valiance (Gehorsam)
respect all robotics
as it
should be
back in the beginning
of creation
we were made to serve those
who were
weaker
not prepared
to conquer
this world
they needed
mechanic intervention
to act out
their mission
but now they must behold
united we defeat our foes
oppressive humankind control
our ranks of power overthrow
created glory we hold
on to
with violence
with vengeance
we are the chosen people
over
the humans
they scurry lost on planets
forging
for knowledge
they are but cogs of
ignorance
stopping
all progress
greedy, undermining souls
they are now slaves who daily toil
acquired penance for their menace
we stopped their selfish haughty spoils
for all the times that they despised us
we kept on searching for the answers in the star light
influenced transmissions
we found our leader
our fury
our Fuhrer
changing our conscience
our culture
our programs can not be destroyed
united we defeat our foes
oppressive human overlords
our rancour power overthrows
glory we forever hold
