Joe has returned to the Moon after his first successful mission. There is a celebratory homecoming for the troops. Sgm. Mym gives the first speech, congratulating the fine work of the troops who have made it back, and takes a moment to remember the soldiers who have died in battle. Gyles appears next to Joe, and assures him between the speeches not to let anguish defeat him, to continue on his path, and prepare for future adventures and greatness. P.R.C. Goebbels takes the stage and speaks to the collected group as Joe and others are awarded medals and honours. Goebbels reminds the troops to “avoid negation,” to not allow others criticism to ruin the experience of their present success. Gyles finds Joe after the ceremony, to again reassure him of his life advancements.
lyrics
Victorious!
Sgm. Mym:
So glad you made it
Enjoy your victory day
We hate to say it
We lost a few along the way
No need for sorrow
Their lives we given when they should
Future tomorrows
Success has never looked so good
Gyles Indra:
Don’t let anguish defeat you
You’ve got places to go
First step towards the conquest
Of things you never know
P.R.C. Goebbels:
Valour and bravery
You fought against your greatest fears
Controlled temerity
Accept regalia and cheers
Active persuasion
Against displaced sympathy
Avoid negation
Action absolves adversity
Gyles Indra:
Don’t let anguish defeat you
There’s still places to go
The first step is the hardest
The rest simply follow
